It definitely has an old school vibe and could use a bit of a revamp, but still was a pleasant experience. Doormen and security look intimidating, but were so friendly. I'm not a gambler but I'm definitely coming back here to watch my friends win again :)
Nice hotel. Spa really nice. But not impressed with having to pay service charge in the bar. It was 2 bottles of beer. We ordered at the bar. We had to pour them ourselves and take to table so not sure where the service came in
I stayed at the hotel for two nights and overall my experience was positive. The room was clean and spacious, the reception staff was welcoming, and the location was great, close to all the major attractions. The breakfast buffet was also good, with a variety of options to choose from.
The shop also sells a wide take of kits and merchandise from England and Warwickshire kits to bats/hats/balls to kits from other International teams when playing England. England and Hundred matches also usually have games/entertainment for kids just outside the seating area.
Stone through from train station and walkable distance or everything else. So convenient. The rooms are so quiet being in such a busy location. Staff and service great. Breakfast is delicious could not fault it. Having a few kitchen supplies was convenient for us as came back with food a few times.
Enjoy going here really friendly helpful staff. Sometimes you win sometimes you loose but anytime I have won anything it has been here. Nice food but a shame because they took out the machines I liked to play most on so I removed a star for that reason only.

I have been to Rainbow Casino 3 times :) You will need to be a member and if you are not it doesn't take long to join. You will need your ID . There are lots of male members, I have been with my friend and we were the only girls but we still enjoyed the time there
Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!
Staff stare alot at customers, kind of intimidating especially if your new to the scene and don't know how to gamble.. only issue I had. Overall good experience, il defo be back
The Chinese restaurant in the casino is horrendous. We ordered beef and lamb for hotpot but it’s not really look fresh as there’re some black spots on it.
Only one star and they’re only getting that because I can’t leave a review with out it! Absolutely appalling.. was having a lovely time in Birmingham for our wedding anniversary and hubby’s birthday. First incident, husband had chips just taken away from him with no explanation at the roulette wheel. When they played the footage back they said he had been overpaid that’s why the chips were just taken! pelo form of apology for “their” error and it killed them to explain why and it was as if they didn’t need to! Second incident was when I was playing the roulette table, a lady to my right asked the croupier where her five pound chip had gone, they said they will check their footage. Next thing I know I’m approached by a female member of staff who asked me if I was aware that I’d taken this ladies chip and I said pelo, she explained that they’d watched me do it!
